Installing Tmate

1. Run ssh-keygen and hit enter 4 times without typing anything unless you want to specify a password for the key.
2. Install tmate with apt install tmate
3. Run tmate to create a session
4. Copy the session key that looks like ssh XXXXXXXXXXX@nyc1.tmate.io and share it with your technician
